Qi Yujing provides legal services for enterprises in the issuance of various bonds, including urban construction investment bonds, medium-term notes, short-term financing bonds, and private placement bonds. She has acted as Chinese legal counsel in a large number of overseas bond issuance projects.Meanwhile, Lawyer Qi has extensive experience in the establishment of US dollar funds in Hong Kong, assisting clients in establishing Unit Trusts, Open-ended Fund Companies (OFC), and Limited Partnership Funds (LPE).
