Attorney Cheng Fang began her career in the legal field in 2010 and was admitted to practice in 2012. She is currently a Partner Attornry at Shanghai SUNWELL Law Firm.

 

She specializes in handling corporate equity division, property division, and contract disputes within marriage and family cases. She has delivered nearly a hundred lectures on legal and business topics for state-owned enterprises, private banks, and foreign insurance institutions. As a private legal advisor, she employs legal and financial tools to provide individuals and families with comprehensive wealth management and planning solutions.

 

Attorney Cheng Fang is a contributor to publications such as the Shanghai Law Research journal, Chinese Women, Zhiyin, and Family, where she has published articles including “Challenges and Approaches to Equity Division in Family Cases,” “Whether Incentive Equity Can Be Divided as Marital Property,” “Analysis Report on Property Ownership and Funding Nature in Parent-Funded Home Purchases,” and “How to Determine Unreasonable High Consumption by One Spouse During Separation.” She also participated in the compilation of the book Summary of Key Judicial Opinions in Inheritance Cases.
